Hardstuck

Get unstuck.

You already know you are stuck. The hard part is knowing which of the hundred things you could practise is the one actually costing you games. Hardstuck reads the replays your game saves to your PC, finds that one thing, and hands you a drill for tonight.

What it does

Three questions, answered honestly.

What is costing me the most?

One ranked answer, at the top of the page, with the number of goals it is worth per game and the matches it came from. When the evidence is strong, it tells you. When it is thin, it tells you that too.

What did it actually look like?

The ten seconds before every goal you let in, drawn on the pitch and scrubbable, so you can watch the mistake arrive — next to the same situation played by someone at the very top.

Am I actually getting better?

Last week's advice gets checked against this week's games. Trends only call something better or worse when the change is big enough to mean anything.

The coach

One instruction, not a dashboard.

Every report opens with the single most expensive habit in your recent games, written as a sentence rather than a statistic. Underneath it is what to do about it tonight — a thing to do in your next three matches, and a drill with a number you can watch move.

  • Ranked list of what is costing you goals, worst first
  • A drill for tonight, plus the one to follow it
  • Every claim opens up to show the games it came from
  • Your rank and MMR, read from the match files already saved on your PC — no login, no tracker site to wait on

The film room

Watch the goal go in. Then watch a pro play the same moment.

Every goal you conceded becomes a clip you can scrub, drawn straight from the replay — car positions, boost, and the exact second it turned. Beside it sits the same situation from a professional's replays, so the difference is something you can see for yourself.

  • The ten seconds before each goal against you
  • The same moment played by a pro, side by side
  • Built from the replay file, not a video recording

Trends

It measures your hands and your connection too.

Some nights go badly for a reason that has nothing to do with your decisions. Hardstuck tracks your controller and your connection alongside your play, so when a session feels off you can see exactly which one it was — inputs your pad dropped, or ping climbing the moment something else on the network starts downloading.

  • Positioning, challenges, boost discipline, goalside share
  • Dodge cancel speed and consistency, measured off your own pad
  • Dropped inputs, ping under load, and how much it moves
  • A change under the noise floor is reported as holding steady, not as a percentage

Analyse & Train

Point it at a pro. Then point it at your thumbs.

Give Hardstuck a folder of a professional's replays and it learns how they play, so your report can put you side by side with someone at the very top. And when it turns out to be your hardware rather than your decisions, there are tools that put a number on that too.

  • Full coaching report, match history and a positional heatmap
  • Deadzone finder — the two numbers to type into your settings, measured off your own pad
  • Flip cancel trainer, in milliseconds, tracked over time
  • An input check that catches double-presses, paddle slips and early releases

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are homework.

Play as normal

Rocket League already writes a replay of every match you play. Hardstuck reads the ones sitting on your drive.

Open the report

It works out what is costing you the most goals, then writes it as one sentence with the evidence attached.

Do the drill

Next time you open it, last week's advice gets marked against this week's games. Fixed, or not yet.

Private by design

Everything happens on your PC.

Rocket League already saves a replay of every match you play, straight to your own drive. Hardstuck opens those files and reads them. That is the whole of how it works.

What that means for you

Your replays stay exactly where they are. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account to link, and there is nothing to sign in to before you get your first report.

It also means it works the same whether you are online or off, and whether the game is open or closed. The files are already on your drive, so the coach can run whenever you want it to.

Install it, open it, done. That is the entire setup.
